Here in this papyrus painting, king Horemheb the last king in the 18th Dynasty (c.1342 B.C.–c.1303 B.C.) is shown presenting offerings to god horus, the falcon’s headed god who was the embodiment of divine kingship and the protector of the reigning pharaoh.
